The platform’s navigation supports over 100,000 users but hadn’t been updated for years. It presented several UX problems and the design was outdated. The project scope was ambiguous initially, to help us align on objectives, I took the lead by asking the question: what problems do we want to address for them? I facilitated 2 workshops to help the team identify and prioritize the problems.
The new navigation was successfully rolled out to 100,000 users, with 90% of users choosing to stay opted-in after trying it.
